Support Team Manager
What do you do as the IT Support Team Manager?
As the IT Support Team Manager, my primary function is to help our team deliver consistent, timely service at all times. I serve as an escalation point for both technical and non-technical issues that arise daily. I also curate incoming tickets to identify trends/issues that may require a different response.
How long have you worked at 360 and why did you choose this company?
I’ve worked for 360 since February 2013. I chose this firm because I really liked the client-centric approach prioritized by management. This continues to be my favorite aspect of working here!
What is your favorite thing about working at 360 or working in IT?
At my core, I am a ‘fixer’. I get great satisfaction from helping people to get back to work with their IT challenges resolved!
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy playing with my children and working on projects around my house (fixer!!)
What is your favorite movie?
Kind of a tie between Back to the Future and Thor: Ragnarok.
Favorite tv show?
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon Prime is excellent and so funny.
